Chiropractic Clinic Director – Leadership Opportunity
Power Total Health is hiring a Chiropractic Clinic Director to lead patient care and clinical operations at our growing practice in Clovis, California.
This opportunity is designed for an experienced chiropractor who wants to combine excellent patient care with team leadership, practice development, and long-term professional growth.

As Clinic Director, you will provide chiropractic care while leading the clinical team, supporting practice performance, and helping create an exceptional experience for every patient. You will receive proven operational systems, administrative support, an established patient base, and the resources needed to lead a successful clinic.
Clinic Director Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical operations and daily performance of the chiropractic office
- Perform chiropractic examinations and patient evaluations
- Develop individualized care recommendations
- Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments
- Educate patients about chiropractic care, wellness, and long-term health
- Mentor, coach, and support associate chiropractors and team members
- Maintain high standards for patient care, documentation, and compliance
- Monitor patient retention, scheduling, case management, and clinic performance
- Lead team meetings and support staff development
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership on practice goals
- Implement systems that improve clinical quality and operational efficiency
- Support community outreach and sustainable practice growth
- Promote a positive, accountable, and patient-centered workplace culture

Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Active California chiropractic license or eligibility for California licensure
- Successful completion of applicable National Board examinations
- California X-Ray Supervisor and Operator Permit
- Prior chiropractic practice or clinical leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and patient-education skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Understanding of patient retention and practice-performance metrics
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered chiropractic care
- Organized, accountable, and results-oriented leadership style
